All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid. Please review the Refund Policy before registering.
Online presenters — no conference kit
Authors presenting online (virtually) are not eligible for the conference kit or other on-site physical materials. Online registration covers presentation, publication (subject to IEEE approval), and access to the technical sessions.
One registration per paper
Per IEEE policy, at least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full author registration by 20 November 2026 for the paper to be presented and included in the proceedings. See the IEEE Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Page limit & extra-page charge
The registration fee is valid for papers of up to 6 pages. Each additional page (up to the 10-page maximum) will attract a charge of USD 5 per extra page.
E-certificates
E-certificates will be issued to participants. The presenting author of each paper receives an e-certificate on a complimentary basis. Additional certificates for additional attendees are issued at USD 5 per certificate. Non-presenting authors/attendees of a paper will be issued a certificate of contribution at USD 5 per certificate.
