By registering for or attending 2026 IEEE NEPCON, or by using this website, you agree to the following terms. The conference is organized and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Nepal Section.
1. Registration & payment
- Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment through the official portal.
- Standard rates apply until the deadline; late-registration rates apply thereafter.
- Bank and payment-gateway charges and applicable taxes are payable as per the payment aggregator's norms.
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable — see the Refund Policy.
2. Paper submission & publication
- Submissions must be original and unpublished, and not under review or accepted elsewhere.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full author registration by 20 November 2026.
- Accepted papers must be presented by a registered author; no-show papers will not be forwarded for IEEE Xplore inclusion.
- Authors must complete the IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF) and follow the IEEE Policy.
3. Presentation & conference kits
Authors presenting online (virtually) are not eligible for the conference kit or other on-site physical materials. In-person registrants receive the conference kit and certificate as applicable.
4. Code of conduct
All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The organizers may remove, without refund, any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful, or in breach of IEEE policies.
5. Recording & media
Sessions may be photographed or recorded for records and promotion. By attending, you consent to such capture; contact the organizers in advance if you require an exception.
6. Changes to the program
The organizers may modify the program, speakers, venue, dates, or format where necessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate material changes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the organizers and the IEEE Nepal Section are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation, travel, or reliance on information on this site. Participants are responsible for their own travel, insurance, and visa arrangements.
8. Intellectual property
Content on this website is owned by the organizers or their licensors. IEEE names, logos, and marks are the property of IEEE and are used in accordance with IEEE brand guidelines.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without prejudice to any applicable IEEE policies.
