Frequently asked questions

How do I submit a paper?

All papers are submitted electronically through the ConfConnects portal using the official IEEE conference paper template (2-column). The submission deadline is 15 September 2026 — see the Call for Papers.

Will accepted papers be published in IEEE Xplore?

Accepted, registered, and presented papers are intended for submission to IEEE Xplore, subject to the publisher's approval and IEEE quality review.

Can I present online (virtually)?

Yes, where permitted. Please note that online presenters are not eligible for the conference kit or other on-site physical materials. See Registration.

Are registration fees refundable?

No. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid. Please review the Refund Policy before registering.

How many registrations are required per paper?

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full author registration by 20 November 2026 for the paper to be presented and included in the proceedings.

Do I need a visa to attend?

Many nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM); please verify your country's requirements in advance. Contact the organizing committee for an official invitation letter — see Venue.
