Submission

How to submit

Prepare your paper

Use the official IEEE conference paper template (2-column format). Page limit: 10 pages.

Check originality

Ensure the work is original and unpublished, and not under review or accepted elsewhere.

Submit via ConfConnects

Submit electronically through the ConfConnects portal by 15 September 2026.

On acceptance

Complete the IEEE eCF copyright form and register at least one author by 20 November 2026.

Publication

Accepted, registered, and presented papers are intended for submission to IEEE Xplore, subject to the publisher's approval and IEEE quality review. See the IEEE Policy page for author obligations.

This conference is registered with IEEE as IEEE Conference Record #71018.

Papers must use the official IEEE conference paper template (two-column), up to a maximum of 10 pages. The registration fee covers up to 6 pages; each additional page (7โ€“10) is charged USD 5 per page โ€” see Registration. Review type (single- or double-blind) will be confirmed in the Author Guidelines.
